Today Xiaomi has finally announced their most awaited upgraded version of Note series Redmi Note 3. Today in Delhi Hugo Barra was hosting launch of Redmi Note 3. There is also live streaming broadcast of event along side.
Redmi Note 3 was launched in 3 color variants Gold, Silver and Gray. Well starting with processor Redmi Note 3 is powered with Snapdragon 650 which is launched First in India and all over the world. According to Hugo Barra Snapdragon 650 (having Quad-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53 & Dual-core 1.8 GHz Cortex-A72) is most powerful processor taking AnTuTu score above 77000. Which is best score in this range of devices. Not only this but this Snapdragon 650 also addresses the heating up issue that we have seen with most Mi devices since long. It is not only providing high performance but also have good GPU which we know as Adreno 510.
Device is powered by Android Lollipop 5.1.1 running MIUI 7 on top providing lot of customization and tuning performance of the device. This device comes in 2 variants at different price point.
- 2GB RAM + 16GB ROM(Internal Memory)
- 3GB RAM + 32GB ROM(Internal Memory)
All other aspect of device remains the same except this RAM and ROM and not to forget the price. Both variant also support external memory card support upto 32GB, While on screen size MI Note series comes with standard 5.5 inches IPS LCD panel having FULL HD display taking 403 ppi pixel density. Redmi Note 3 comes with Dual SIM standby option providing One Micro SIM and another Nano SIM options. This phone also support all Indian band and VoLTE for batter call quality and reducing call drops.
On camera Front Redmi Note 3 provide 16 MP camera having all features. But for this device Xiaomi announced they have integrated f/2.0 rear camera with dual ISP and PDAF autofocus which enhance the image quality automatically and they are extremely fast for processing it. On the other hand it provide 5MP shooter as regular.
For security Xiomi have their Redmi Note 3 as first device quipped with Fingerprint sensor that allow you to store upto 5 finger for various other usage. This sensor can unlock this device in 0.3 sec. It will also act as shutter button for both front and rear camera. On connecitvity end this ddevice have Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, WiFi Direct, hotspot, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, FM radio and Infrared.
Xiaomi always provide good battery life with their all devices. In Redmi Note 3 they have implemented 4050 mAh battery that will allow you to have full day battery life for your device. It will also support fast charging allow you to charge device in couple of hours.
Now main point of interest is price :

- 3GB RAM + 32GB ROM(Internal Memory) is priced at INR 11,999
So for these price range I would say this are the best devices. With Luanch of this device Hugo Barra also announced MI Bluetooth Speakers priced at INR 2000 and 20000 mah MI Power Bank which will soon released in India.
